These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KFit fitness and nutrition tracking application ("KFit", "the App", "the Service"), operated by Karan KM Malani ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using KFit, you agree to these Terms.
KFit is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool used to log workouts, meals, and progress, either independently or as part of coaching provided by Karan KM Malani or another coach using the platform. KFit is a tracking and communication tool — it does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice tailored to your individual health circumstances.
KFit — including its design, code, coaching frameworks, written content, and branding — is the proprietary property of Karan KM Malani. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from KFit, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

KFit is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You use KFit's tracking, recommendations, and any AI-generated analysis (including macro/calorie estimates) at your own risk. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Your workout and nutrition entries are stored to power the App and, where you're coached, to support that coaching relationship. See our Privacy & Data Use notice within the App for details on what's collected and how it's used. We do not sell your identifiable personal data without your separate, explicit consent.
KFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karan KM Malani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue features of KFit at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of KFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to KFit for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
